3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With service providers (sitters, trainers) when you make a booking — limited to what is needed to complete the service
• With payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions
• With other users — your public profile, posts, and dog profiles are visible to other BarkPark users per your privacy settings
• When required by law — in response to valid legal process
• To protect safety — when necessary to protect the rights or safety of users or the public

4. Location Data

BarkPark requests access to your device's location to show nearby dog parks, sitters, trainers, vets, and pet shops. Location is used only while the app is in use unless you explicitly grant "always on" permission. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, though some features will be limited.

5. Camera and Photos

BarkPark requests camera and photo library access to allow you to take and upload dog photos, profile pictures, and posts. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action within the app.

6. Push Notifications

With your permission, BarkPark sends push notifications for new messages, booking confirmations, and park activity. You may manage notification preferences in the app or in your device settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@barkpark.online. Some information may be retained as required by law.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

BarkPark is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@barkpark.online.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
