Child Safety Standards
BarkPark is a community app for dog owners, parks, sitters and trainers. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to use BarkPark to harm a child.

Who can use BarkPark
BarkPark is for adults. Our Terms of Service require every account holder to be at least 18 years old. We remove accounts we learn belong to someone under 18.
What is not allowed
Violations lead to immediate removal of the content and suspension or permanent ban of the account.
- Any content that sexually depicts or sexualizes a minor, including images, video, text and links
- Soliciting, grooming or attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing or requesting CSAM, or links to it
- Using profiles, chats, posts, groups, events or bookings to facilitate the exploitation of a child
How to report a concern
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
- In the app: report any post or user from its menu, and use block or restrict to stop contact with someone right away
- By email: write to hello@barkpark.online with the subject "Child safety" and include links or usernames if you can
How we respond
- Reports are reviewed by the BarkPark team in our admin moderation tools; reported content can be removed and accounts suspended or banned
- We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and cooperate with law enforcement requests
- We keep the records needed for these reports and do not return or re-share the material
